Papertrey Ink September Blog Hop

Hiya, and welcome!
I'm sharing my project for the Papertrey Ink Blog Hop today.
We had an oh so funky inspiration photo to work with this time- have a look.
It took me a few days to figure out what I was going to do; this just isn't my style.
The card I came up with still isn't my typical style, but I am at least, happy with the outcome. Clean and simple, and a tad mod:
What's in it: (everything is from Papertrey Ink, except the dies)
Cardstock: Enchanted Evening, Hawaiian Shores, Summer Sunrise, Harvest Gold
Stamps: Grunge Me, Mixed Messages
Inks: Hawaiian Shores, True Black
Dies: Spellbinders- Classic Squares (small and large sets were used)
That's it, I'm off to see what everyone else designed this month. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Smooch!

  6. Awesome! I just love those nested squares in those colors. The birdies and mini sentiment are the perfect thing to tuck inside. This card reminds me of watching the Partridge Family as a kid...come on get HAPPY :)! (Did I just date myself a bit????)!!
